Herman Wins!

Ed Herman showed a veteran's composure against Clifford Starks at UFC 143. Starks put on the pressure in round 1 and was intent on bullying Ed into defeat. But the second round showed Starks and everyone else why Herman is the real deal. After taking his opponent down, Ed passed guard, mounted, took the back, and choked him out. Textbook jiu jitsu! Dunham Wins Big at UFC on FOX 2!

Despite only lasting two rounds before being stopped by the referee, Evan Dunham's battle with Nik Lentz was action packed and exciting enough to earn both men Fight of the Night bonuses. After a slow start Evan found his rhythm and range, blasting Nik's face, body, and legs with precise striking in the second round. It was brutal enough to bust Lentz up and possibly left him with a broken orbital bone. Dunham earned a brilliant victory when his opponent was unable to continue for the third round!

Tough Loss in Brazil for Stout

Sam Stout lost a unanimous decision to Thiago Tavares at UFC 142 in Brazil last Saturday. Tavares was able to score takedowns early against Sam but couldn't keep him on the mat. Stout's edge in the standup game fell short in winning over the judges despite almost finishing Thiago late in the third round. A tough loss but Sam will be back!
